Last week we saw the much-anticipated relief rally finally kick in, and it was pretty good. Tuesday was the day it all started, and we saw 4 straight days of gains to finish out the week.
The sharp move back up produced a large V-shaped pattern on the daily charts, which generally is accepted as a pattern which could require some testing before it can be counted on. That jives with my hunch that the next pullback will really provide some insights for us, so it will be interesting to see how the next dip gets treated.
